We proudly ship across India. All orders are carefully packed in our signature Traaya boxes, ensuring they reach you safely whether you are in a metro city or a remote town.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹1,999. A flat rate of ₹99 applies for orders below this amount.
- Delivery Timelines:
- Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Blr, etc.): 2-4 business days.
- Rest of India: 4-7 business days.
- Courier Partners: We trust Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC to deliver your packages safely.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Traaya jewelry. If something isn't right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Jewelry must have no signs of wear or scratches. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused.
How to Initiate a Return
- Reverse Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and have all tags/packaging intact.
- Refunds: For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original source.
- Exceptions: Personalized items and Nose Pins are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
We rigorously inspect every piece before it leaves our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your jewelry arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve this quickly, please email us with your Order ID and anunboxing video or clear photos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
